หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Portfolio Strategy & Business Planning : Develop and own the 3-year strategic marketing plan and annual operating plan (AOP) for the portfolio. Conduct market analysis, define segmentation, and establish clear brand positioning to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Integrated Campaign Management (Online & Offline) : Lead end-to-end campaign creation and execution. This includes digital (social media, e-commerce, performance marketing) and offline (Modern Trade promotions, in-store activations, trade shows) to ensure a consistent, high-impact brand experience.
• Modern Trade & Channel Marketing Mastery : Serve as the key marketing partner to the sales team. Develop winning customer-specific plans for key accounts (e.g., 7-Eleven, Big C, Lotus's). Create compelling trade promotions, negotiate marketing support, and design in-store merchandising solutions to drive sell-out.
• New Product Development & Launch : Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for new products and IP collaborations. Work with product development to translate consumer insights into winning products and manage flawless, buzz-worthy launches.
• Performance, Analytics & Budget Governance : Define KPIs, measure ROI across all channels, and report on business performance. Manage the marketing budget with discipline, allocating resources to the highest-return activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a strong plus.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a brand or trade marketing role within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), FMCE (Fast-Moving Consumer Electronics), Beverage, or related retail-driven sector.
• Non-negotiable experience in developing and executing marketing plans for Modern Trade/Key Accounts. A deep understanding of trade terms, promotional mechanics, and in-store execution is essential.
• Proven track record of managing a product P&L, from strategy development to driving sales growth and market share.
• Strategic & Analytical: Strong business acumen with expertise in consumer insight interpretation, data analysis, and financial metrics.
• Leadership & Influence: Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills. Ability to inspire internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain) and manage external agencies effectively.
• Commercial Driver: A results-oriented mindset focused on converting marketing activity into tangible sales and profit. Hands-on experience with sales forecasting and trade spend management.
• Digital Proficiency: Highly adept with digital marketing platforms, social media strategy, and e-commerce principles.
